By using the LHEVIA website or the Engineering Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. The website

The public site provides information about LHEVIA and lets you join our waitlist. Content is for general information; LHEVIA is pre-product and nothing here is an offer, guarantee, or commitment of future performance or availability.

3. The Engineering Hub

The Hub is a private, authenticated workspace for authorised users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is granted and may be revoked at our discretion. Do not attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to use.

4. Intellectual property

The LHEVIA name, logo, content, designs, and software are owned by LHEVIA and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Any standards-reference material shown in the Hub is a summary for internal use; the official published standards govern.

5. Acceptable use

Don't disrupt, probe, or attempt to break the security of our systems.
Don't use the site or Hub for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
Don't submit false information or someone else's data without authority.

6. Disclaimer

The website and Hub are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LHEVIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Hub.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Roma have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
